General
The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, the promoter and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change.
No Vehicles are allowed on site.
Soft drinks and alcohol are not permitted into the Event. Any other liquids must be in new sealed containers and include but are not limited to, hand sanitiser, sun cream or any other gels or lotions.
Glass containers of any size will not be permitted.
Any gels or liquids that do not comply will be disposed of by staff.
You give Guernsey Together Festival your actual/simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. Including CCTV and or filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the prevention of crime.
Food and drink will be available for purchase, a Challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol on sale, please ensure you have valid ID with you in case you are asked , a passport, driving licence or citizen card, separate wristbands will be give to over 18s which will need to be acquired from our ID check tent should you look under 25.
Tickets
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, or one of the authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
To purchase VIP Tickets you must be 25+, ID will be required before entry to VIP, should you be unable to verify you are 25+, access to VIP will be denied and no refund given, you will however be able to access the rest of the site.
Tickets and wristbands remain the property of Guernsey Together Festival until the event closes. Ticket holders should expect queues at the entry gate and arrive with plenty of time before the first act-no refunds will be given for acts missed.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be invalid and admission refused.

Security
Guernsey Together Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or evict customers without a refund that are but not limited to, in breach of any of the terms and conditions or whose conduct is violent or riotous. Where possible you will be given an opportunity to rectify the breach before entry refusal or eviction will be enforced.
You may be body and bag searched anywhere on site at any time by security, searching is a condition of entry.
Any items reasonably considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) which may cause danger, offence or disruption may be confiscated.
Any person suspected to be carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the police, refused entry or evicted from the festival without a refund.
We have a zero tolerance policy to drugs, anyone found in possession of illegal drugs and substances will be refused entry or ejected from the site and may be handed over to the police.
Damage & Loss
Guernsey together festival does not accept any liability for personal or property damages (including confiscated items) or injuries at the event. Other than those caused as a direct result of our negligence.
Age Policy
Children under the age of 18 will need tickets. Children under the age of 4 will not be required to hold any ticket type.
All under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult (aged 18 and over) All adults attending as guardian’s must remain on site throughout the whole event. A paying adult can only be responsible for the entry of a maximum of 4 under 18s only. We do not accept any parental duty of care or liability for any under 18 on site.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered on major cancellation or by special exception determined by Guernsey Together Festival.
Major cancellation’ is the cancellation of the event in full and not rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
Guernsey Together is committed to ensure the full advertised line-up appears, however with the large number of artists involved there might be some changes due to unforeseen circumstances. You can see the most recent line-up on the Guernsey Together website (this site).
Prohibited items.
Aerosols, Airhorns, Alcohol, Animals (except for assistance dogs), Balloons, Barbeques and any kind of cooking apparatus, Blowtorches, Cans,Drinks not including water, Drones, Drugs, Gas canisters, Gazebos/parasols/large (golf) umbrellas, Glass (including glass makeup or perfume bottles), Food hampers/cool bags/boxes, Fires, Firewood, Fireworks, Flares, Generators of any kind, Illegal substances, Inflatable furniture, Items which may be regarded as weapons, Legal highs (inc Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons),Laser equipment/pens, Megaphones, Metal Water Bottles, New psychoactive substances (NPS), Petrol burners, Pyrotechnics, Roller skates, Scooters, Sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns,Smoke bombs / canisters, Sound systems (including personal speakers), Spray cans, Tabards/high viz jackets.
Changes in our Prohibited items
Due to a high demand, we have this year decided to allow fold out chairs and picnic style blankets. All chairs must be of the fold out type and one chair per person. Any chairs brought into the festival that are not of the fold out type will be confiscated on entry. We ask everyone to ensure they take their belongings home, any chairs/blankets left on site will be donated to a local charity shop.
Bicycles will also be allowed, bike parks will be allocated outside of the festival fences. Bikes are left at the owners risk and must be taken home at the end of the event (11pm 28th May 2022). Any bicycles left on site may have any locking devices removed.
The promoter reserves the following right:
To refuse entry to or remove any persons from the festival.
For security to search and “pat-down” a person and their belongings on entry to the festival, including searching bags.
Make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances.
Cancel the festival for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever.
Abandon the festival during the festival times due to unforeseen circumstances without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.
Health and safety
You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by us and or event staff and stewards.
Smoking is not permitted in any tent or structure on site. This includes e-cigarettes/vapes.
Excessive exposure to loud music may cause hearing damage. Do not stand in front of speakers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and special effects will take place during the event.
Housekeeping
No animals other than guide or hearing dogs are permitted on site.
You must leave the event in an orderly manner and respect surrounding houses.
